RETURNS AND REFUNDS

ELIGIBILITY :

How long do I have to make a return?

7 days starting from the date you’ve received  your items.

Condition

All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.

How to return an item?

1. Please go to our website www.Deezanoae.com
2. Please log in using the email address associated with your order. Go to “Orders” and choose the order you want to submit the request for return.
3. Click the “Confirm delivery” button to confirm that you have received the orders if you have not done so.
4. The “Refund | Return” button will be displayed after you have confirmed the delivery. Click the “Refund | Return” button to start the return process.
5. Follow the instructions, and submit the refund request.

Tips:

• A return confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the order. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder.
• You may request a refund/return for multiple items at one time to avoid additional return shipping fees, if any.

PLEASE NOTE :  After you have submitted your request for refund/return, we might ask to submit few necessary documents just to make sure that the items qualify for return/refund.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your items have been processed by our warehouse(Returns are only acceptable within UAE as of now) , a refund will be issued immediately. Due to the high volume of products processed, we recommend that you allow up to 10-20  working days for the refund, provided your testimonials are accepted.

MORE INFO

• Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges outside UAE at the moment, customers can still place a new order and request a refund. The refund will be processed once the package has been received.
• If you receive a defective piece, then you can return it within 07 days from the date of receipt of product. However, products marked as Final Sale will not be eligible for refund or return.

Please note: Shipping fees and handling surcharges are non-refundable.
